Residential Rates: $120.00 flat fee for the following services:
Virus and Spyware removal.
Performance, Maintenance and Security checks.
Speed tweaks and performance optimizations.
General problem solving and other devices, drivers and software issues.
Broadband installations including Central Filter installations.
Cabled and Wireless Network setup and configuration.

Residential $250.00 Flat Fee:
All work involving hardware component upgrades, Operating System 
installations and setup, data backup operations, formatting, drives,
partitioning upgrading and re-installing corrupt Operating Systems (OS)
data restorations and backup operations, re-installing and configuration
of security software, office software, and any other operating system related software. New system builds.

Business Rates: $99.00 per hour:
Setup of small business computers cabled and wireless networks.
Security software deployment, upgrades and maintenance.
Installation and configuration. New system builds.
$45.00 callout fee only applies to jobs resolved in less than 15min.

$290.00 Flat Fee for data recovery per hard drive:
Recovery of lost or deleted data files, formatted and deleted 
partitions, damaged or corrupt hard drives and operating systems.
Data is copied to DVD disk, or customer supplied external hard drive
or flash drive.

$45.00 call out fee outside Newcastle area.

Remote Assistance support:
First 15min free then $12 per 15min blocks.
