Residential Flat Fee $220.00 for the following services

          Operating System software rebuilds that require data recovery and restore
data and all original programs and applications to original state.

     Formatting drives, partitioning upgrading and re-installing corrupt Operating Systems (OS) and restoring to original configuration or close to original state

     Data restorations and backup operations, re-installing and configuration
of security software, Microsoft Office products, Antivirus Adobe Reader, Flash Javav and any other operating system related software.
Ghosting or Imaging creating a full backup image of complete operating system, programs and data to a DVD, Internal or external hard drive or networked drive

Basic Windows Installation $120.00.

Install Windows operating system only.
Install Windows to working state using customer supplied recovery or installation disks or from recovery drive partition on brand name desktop and laptop systems.
This includes hardware drivers to enable normal system operation.
No other software or updates installed.
If you supply a CD, DVD or USB drive of your backup data this can be copied to hard drive at no extra charge if requested at time of service call.

Business Rates: $120.00 per hour:
Client Server networks and Workgroup peer to peer networks.
Installation and maintenance of Microsoft Small Business Server.
Monitoring of server reports, client server security software & backup systems.
Setup of small business computers wired and wireless networks.
Security software deployment, upgrades and maintenance.
Installation and configuration. New system installations and maintenance.

$160.00 Flat Fee for data recovery per hard drive:
Recovery of lost or deleted data files, formatted and deleted 
partitions, damaged or corrupt hard drives and operating systems.
Data is copied to DVD disk, or customer supplied external hard drive
or flash drive.
Drive may be sent to professional data recovery services at customer request
Prices are quoted before drive is sent.

$45.00 call out fee outside Newcastle area.

Remote Assistance support:
$15 per 15min blocks.
