Desktop Remote Control is a specialized service in which I have become very competent
Utilizing Desktop Remote Control or Desktop Sharing as it is more commonly known I am able to resolve most software and none hardware issues
If you would like me to remotely connect to your computer for whatever reason, all you really need to do is download a fantastic little program called TeamViewer www.teamviewer.com
Being a small download and easy to install it takes no time at all to setup.
Once you have it running on your computer all you need to do is grant access
and I can either control your pc while we chat over Skype to resolve your
problems.
If you don't feel comfortable with that you can choose to just let me view your desktop while you control and show me your issues or problems.
In this mode I am able to view only and not control your computer.
TeamViewer times out after 30 minutes and in that time I can usually diagnose and resolve most software or user related problems remotely from my computer.
If however I need more time and it looks like taking an hour or so we can then install a more powerful application called Windows NetMeeting.
NetMeeting is similar to teamviewer but more powerful with more functionality and does not time out.
NetMeeting is integrated software built in to XP.
