Sean’s PCPower Monthly Computer Maintenance Contract

What is it? 

It’s a monthly plan where I come to you once a month at a time that’s quiet and convenient
and run a maintenance schedule on your computer systems.

What’s involved?

Once onsite I run the following checks:

·            Check Windows updates and settings

·         Update Virus scanner and check operation

·         Check and/or add extra Security software (if required)

·         Check Firewall status

·         Check application and system events

·         Check device manager (update, troubleshoot or load missing drivers)

·         Check and optimize start up load order

·         Address and resolve any issues or concerns with you or your staff

·         Disk cleanup

·         Registry maintenance and optimization

·         Defrag (This may take some time and must be left to run)

·         Restart Computer (You must do this after defrag has finished)

·         Total estimated time per computer: 1 to 1.5 hours (not including defrag)

What are the benefits and why should I do monthly maintenance?

·            Regular maintenance keeps your computer in good working order

·          Little to no errors and problems  (less system interruptions to your daily tasks)

·          Continuous fast and stable operation (you get more done in your day faster)

·          Lessens the chance of a service call

·          Saves you time and money (breakdowns mean downtime for your business)

·          Prolongs the life of your computer and software

·          Lessens the chance of hardware failures and data loss

·          Early detection of viruses, Trojans or other system and hardware issues

·          No need to do it yourself (less stress)

·          We remind you in advance of upcoming scheduled visits (email or text message)

A lot of people like to do their own maintenance to save money and this is totally
understandable but, honestly it rarely gets done and working in this industry I know
why and the reasons for this are:

·            People are too busy

·          They start it but never finish it

·          They cannot remember all the programs to run

·          They don’t know how to operate them

·          A message pops up with an error they don’t understand

·          Another program or application interrupts the maintenance program

·          They get interrupted by the phone, someone at the door or other day to day things

·          They say their going do to it but they just plain forget

Summary 

I possess the skills and knowledge to overcome these issues and it’s just nice not to have to
worry about it or remembering to do it and then actually getting it done.

It’s just another job you have to do, and it’s nice to let someone else worry about it.

It’s also peace of mind knowing you have someone who’s doing it every day know what they are doing.

This helps you and gives you more time in the day to do the important things in your business and life.

How much will it cost? 

I charge an hourly industry standard rate of $88 per hour including tax.
Estimated maintenance time per computer is approximately one to one and a half hours.
$88 per computer per month is all you need to pay for this total computer maintenance package.
 
Even if I spend an extra 20 or 30 minutes it’s still $88.00 per computer.

If you have more than one computer and you want me to maintain all in your home
or office the
more computers you have the less per computer you will pay for up to three PC’s.

Say for example you have two computers this would normally cost $88 x 2 = $176.
Instead of paying $176 per month for two systems I will only charge $164.00,
this is a saving of $12.00.

Monthly Rates 

·         1 PC @ $88.00 per month

·         2 PC’s @ $164 per month (saving of $12.00)

·         3 PC’s @ $176 per month (saving of $88.00)

·         4 to 12 PC’s $352.00 flat rate per month

             Pay per year plan and save more 

·         $984.00 up to 5 PC’s per year

·         $1990.00 for 6 to 12 PC’s per year

·         More than 12 PC’s $2449.00 per year

              Note: Servers are subject to specific maintenance and monitoring 

   As an added bonus I will upgrade your Desktop PC's to 1GB of RAM
   for $75.00per Workstation.
    (Pleas note this is optional, if your pc is running 512MB it is recommended)
